How to Begin
You may schedule an appointment by contacting Jan directly by telephone (call or text). All services are provided to Illinois residents through telephone (call or text), e-mail or office visit, as needed. Jan reviews all appointment requests personally and responds promptly, especially for new clients.
Pricing
- Ask three questions (one-time initial evaluation by email or phone): $15
- Short initial consultation (30 minutes by telephone): $30
- Follow-up counseling sessions: Brief counseling, typically 6–10 appointments (sliding scale)
- Specialty / forensic / dementia evaluations: Arranged as needed and discussed individually
